Technology Recruiter
Job Description – CultureFit Technology Staffing is seeking an intensely motivated individual to expand our services.
- Must be able to locate, assess and interview potential job candidates in the technology field.
- Minimum of 1year experience in recruiting. Technology background and experience is preferred. Must be able to understand very complex job requirements.
- Our recruiters utilize cutting-edge sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates and build effective relationships, so that we represent the candidates properly. Our recruiters work closely with our Account Executives and often with the clients directly. We take pride in moving the hiring process along quickly and efficiently and with the utmost integrity.
- This position requires a lot of time spent on the phone and email in the office (Deerfield location), but also requires meeting with the candidates at a convenient location. Most of our work is done primarily on-site, however we are also flexible with work and family schedules, etc. We are looking for someone that has a natural knack for following up with people and helping them achieve their career goals.
