Jordan is a Managing Director at Advance Search Group, where he leads executive search assignments across commercial real estate, private equity, and technology.
He partners with owners, operators, and investment firms to recruit leaders in acquisitions, asset management, legal, operations, and innovation.
As both a headhunter and active real estate investor, Jordan brings firsthand understanding of the strategic and operational challenges facing clients, allowing him to advise organizations with both practical insight and a long-term perspective.
